Villa Christianna Studios

Perfect base for us as a family of 3 with a toddler. Pool was a blessing in the heat and we loved the outdoor kitchen area (which was very well equipped). Location also brilliant within short walking distance of bakery, shops, beach and restaurants. Barbara was a wonderful host and available for whatever we needed.

We had a wonderful stay . It felt so much like home but better with an amazing out door space , kitchen with everything you need , small pool that was a luxury to have . We spent 2 days not even going out because we loved our little villa. Best nights sleeps bed was so comfy . Our 3rd accomation on a 3 week holiday . The best The hosts Barbara and Nikos we so sweet . They alway made sure we was OK. Regular clean sheets and the place was spotless. We will definitely recommend to our friends . The location too was perfect . We didn't have a car like many but we're so close to resturants and shops . We got the bus to one beach and two others were walking distance . It was quiet , relaxing and fun all together . PERFECT !

NOTHING ......I am not a lover of cats and was concerned about the reviews . We saw 1 cat , black and white . He was no trouble at all . We made it clear we was not going to feed him and he tried looking cute but it didn't work ha ha . The cat was no problem at all . He walked about the roof and came no where near us . We ate breakfast and dinner a few times and he came no where near us . He did not sit on furniture. Good as gold . We left him a few tins of food with the owner , when we left . I loved the kitchen and outdoor living !!!

The private pool is very nice. The location and parking were excellent.

The whole place, rooms and outdoor areas have the overpowering smell of cat urine. The cats are very annoying and the cat's screeches awoke us multiple times each night. We have traveled a great deal in Greece and are aware of cats being part of daily life, but we have never experienced such smells or noise.

The apartment was in a good location just outside of the town but very quick access to the beach and all other amenities. The pool was nice and private and the open plan area was well serviced with loungers and other relaxing seating. The double bed is very comfortable. It’s lovely to watch the sunset and enjoy the sea view while relaxing outside.

The outside kitchen is exposed to the elements, which in our case meant roasting heat. We could not cook or use the kitchen area in the late afternoon as there is no shade from the sun until around 8 o’clock in the evening. The single bed is not very comfortable for sleeping.

The studio was beautifully presented and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! The bedroom was cool and comfortable. The pool was ideal for cooling off and admiring the lovely sea views. The most comfortable sun beds ever! A magical oasis - loved the owner’s cats!

One of the best places to stay in Agios Nikitas. A villa with private parking which is a must for the area. The design of the house which is half indoor (bedroom-loo)& half outdoor(kitchen-jacuzzi-dining table e.t.c) is brilliant.The owner is very attentive and polite.

Not of great importance and only as a recommendation to change the trash cans to bigger ones.
