Very friendly and helpful host. Great location, across the road from beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Lovely, spacious, clean accommodation. Sea view from balcony. Fantastic place to stay or to use as a base to explore Chania area of Crete (excellent bus service) Everyone we met in Maleme and other towns such as Chania was exceptionally nice.

Very comfortable studio with queen sized bed, well equipped kitchenette, gorgeous sea views from the balcony. Good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. Easy access to the beach, transport, and local shops and restaurants.

The Oliva Hotel and Apartments are kind of like a boutique hotel, beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean like nothing I have seen in my extensive travels. The beach out front is terrible, but we used it as a base to see the most amazing beaches like Elafonissi, Balos and Fallasarna to name a few. Just a few minutes drive away is the touristy area of Palanias with restaurants and shops, about 15mins away is the quaint town of Chania with an Old Venetian. Port. The unit was comfortable and had all we needed to prepare simple meals. The pool area is like a peice of heaven, so relaxing and secluded. We really enjoyed out stay!!

Located very close to the beach and restaurants, everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom rather small without a shower screen.
