Villa Pepy

La struttura gode di un’ottima posizione: a 200 metri dal centro e vicina al mare. Molto ben tenute le parti comuni e appartamento confortevole e pulitissimo. Proprietari gentilissimi e discreti sempre pronti per ogni necessità.

Il parcheggio annesso alla struttura è molto piccolo, poco illuminato e in cima ad una salita ripida. In ogni caso, anche in pieno agosto, si trova facilmente parcheggio in strada.

Tutto nella norma di una localita di mare

La maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La terrasse, avec sa vue à couper le souffle, est un véritable atout ! Les propriétaires sont particulièrement disponibles et attentifs, ce qui est très appréciable. Ils assurent régulièrement l’entretien : ménage, gestion des poubelles, changement du linge… tout est impeccable ! La localisation est idéale : à moins de 5 minutes des commerces, boutiques et restaurants. Une petite plage se trouve juste en face, et, en voiture, de superbes plages plus sauvages au sud de l’île sont accessibles en moins de 10 minutes. Enfin, l’emplacement permet de rejoindre Corfou en environ 50 minutes (prévoir d’éventuels bouchons), tout en étant proche des grands axes pour explorer facilement les quatre coins de l’île.

Il y a un parking privé, derrière la maison, c'est très appréciable. Il est vrai que la montée est raide, mais c'est largement faisable !

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec des hôtes formidables. Toujours aux petits soins pour nous, toujours à l'écoute et à nous conseiller. La propreté est irréprochable comme le reste. Merci à Pepy et spyros. 6h

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Spiros and Peppy were around every day if you needed anything. We had plenty of fresh towels and bed linen during our week stay.

The driveway up to the villa is very steep. We would have preferred to be closer to the village, if you could up the apartment and move it further up the road I would stay there year on year.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and host was exceptional to our needs.

This was our second year at Villa Pepy. This accommodation is excellent, we stayed in the top apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconys, a very spacious living room area, kitchen, seating area and bathroom. The view is amazing I can't think of anything better to top it, if you are looking for a genuine Greek style accommodation to go with your stay on a fabulous Greek island this is it....the owners Spiros and his wife Pepy are such genuine hosts, very helpful, caring and polite.

There is nothing we didn't like

We had a wonderful holiday here. Spyro and Pepy are incredibly friendly people. The apartment has all that one needs. It's close to the beach, in a quiet place and has a wonderful view. We are definitely coming back.
