Casa al Bocca del Porto

A very quiet location, yet just a few steps from the seafront and free parking. This is an outstanding, immaculate and beautifully renovated fully equipped flat on three floors, set in a 300 y.o. building. 2 independent bedrooms with a balcony or a terrase each, each with its own bathroom. A flawless communication with the friendliest and kindest owner, Ms Eleni. Four cans of beer and oranges were a nice welcome.

The only drawback was having to leave after two nights. Would come back again without any hesitation.

The location of the apartment in old town is really convenient. Everything was in walking distance and we loved how quiet it was in the mornings. Its a nice touch to have the table outside the front door so you can sit with a drink and do some people watching :) MUST visit the Maritime Museum of Crete which is 2min away. I have never seen so many ship models in one place, exciting find. Restaurant tip: TAMAM - we ate there 3 times - very nice food.

It is quite cosy for 2 people but we made it work and felt comfortable enough. This wasn't a surprise as it was clearly outlined in the listing.

The bathroom off of the kitchen for the 2nd bedroom could be challenging. We were family so it worked fine for us.

The location was superb. The roof top deck with both city and sea-view was lovely. The hostess Elini was communicative and very helpful every step of the way.

Location in the Old Town fantastic. Local restaurants and cafes in the street. We had everything we needed in the accommodation. It felt like home. It was amazing. Eleni was super nice and helpful.

Public carpark was nearby and that was very helpful, however it was difficult to find a spot at times.

Stairs are a bit steep and would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues

Fantastic location, beautiful appartment in Chania old town. The host Eleni was very friendly and her attention to detail was exceptional in making our stay so wonderful. She was also very willing to provide us with information about the local beaches and restaurants.
