Kastro Villas

Absolutley spectacular location with a panorama view of the ocean from the pool area and the studio. Situated 8-10 min walk from town, it’s an oasis of calm. Good-sized pool with plenty of areas with shade when it got too hot. Aslanis and his family made our stay extra pleasant. They brought us freshly cooked food and cakes several times(!). The two-levelled studio is spacious with AC on the top floor and big fans on the ground floor. When we arrived the fridge had been stocked with bottled water, wine, some breakfast food and coffee, which was very much appreaciated. Even if the studio is probably in need of a smaller update, we must say that overall it was very good value for our money, we hope to be back some day, many thanks!

We won’t complain about the tough hike up the the hill to the studio (which really shouldn’t come as a surprise for anyone who books this hotel!), although it would have been nice if the finally part of the road had been flatened somehow, as medium to large stones made it extra difficult bring up the baby stroller. The unused bar area by the pool was a bit weird, as it was used as a makeshift storage space for all kinds of tools, nails and chemicals for the pool. This wasn’t a problem for us, but for guests with kids who runs around a lot, this is a potential safety hazard. It should be easy to fix! Finally, it would have been nice if the hotel offered to sell 6-packs of water bottles, as it wasn’t the most enjoyable part of our holiday to bring 9 liters of water up the hill daily … :)

The house is very spacious, clean, with all you need in the kitchen. The host is fluent in english, easy to contact, very kind and supportive all day and night. A pleasant surprize was the cold water and juice from fridge and the fruits. The view is amazing, on one side is the see and on other is the mountain. Wi-fi was satisfactory. You can go to the beach by a pleasant walk of 20 min

The house is on the peak of a hill, so the yard has steep alleys, there is parking place at the foot of the slope, 50m from the house, the private parking of the house. But we got used to this.

Popi who is the manager is an awesome lady. She made us feeling more like a home. She made this place home for us. Great view. Pool was clean. I recommend this place for family reunions and Families with kids.

Improvements for disabled people is definitely a plus.

Very nice location, excellent view, tranquil surrounding, very silent at night. Great pool and spacious room.

The beds are a bit hard for our taste. (dutch prefer soft beds)

The best location in Kambos and views of sea, Kerkis and sunsets, beautiful refreshing pool with running water, privacy and relaxation guaranteed. And we find here all that we want for best recreation in Greece. The special thanks for super wi-fi this time!

There was amazing view from the apartment, the most beautiful on the island. I was so amazed. There was a huge swimming pool with a nice walk down. The apartment has all the facilities we needed. If there wasn't something very kind owners give us what we needed. I reccomwnd this place to everyone.
