"excellent location, nice apartment, not excellently managed"

location, location, location

There were shoes and slippers in the shoe cupboard, probably from the previous tenant. Half full shampoo and shower gel again they seemed forgotten by the previous tenants. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning and the room lamp was out. Generally the apartment although nicely decorated, it felt like it wasn’t prepared properly.
