Πολύ βολική και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, με εύκολη πρόσβαση (μέσω Ι.Χ) τόσο στην πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης, όσο και στις γειτνιάζουσες περιοχές μέσω των τοπικών οδικών αρτηριών. Ιδιόκτητη θέση στάθμευσης, καθώς και χώρος για στάθμεση στο δρόμο. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο για διαμονή έως και 4 ατόμων, με πλήρη εξοπλισμό (στην κουζίνα, στο λουτρό, TV, κλιματισμός), αλλά και 2 μεγάλα μπαλκόνια για χρήση ιδιαίτερα όταν το επιτρέπουν οι καιρικές συνθήκες.

Appartamento molto grande e fornito di tutto. Vicino alla passeggiata di Perea. Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte, ci hanno organizzato lo shuttle da e per l'aeroporto
