We loved the location, the comfortable bed, all the home comforts & Chiara’s great communication. We had an issue with the air con unit in the bedroom leaking, Chiara was so efficient at getting it fixed, it’s always a great sign of customer service when an issue is dealt with fast & efficiently.

We knew the apartment was on the 2nd floor with no elavator so this wasn’t a problem.

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο,πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική κι εξυπηρετική. Γενικά είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή.

Το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν στον δεύτερο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ και δυσκολευτηκαμε με το καρότσι του μωρού.

"One of my best stays."

Lovely, spacious apartment!! Kind and polite host, who made us feel very welcome. Very clean, modern and well equipped. Literally in the heart of Iraklitsa, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. Amenities within a hands throw. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and local shop all around the corner.

Joy Cozy is excellent & pristine clean & very, very close to Village Square. Chara, The Manager, is the BEST of the BEST & she came to pick me up at the Kavala Airport & to bring me back to the Kavala Airport. I would highly recommend Joy Cozy Apartment in Nea Iraklista, Greece.
