Filoxenia Beach

The position of the hotel and views from the rooms are spectacular. Dora and all the staff were very kind and helpful!!

Only thing we missed was cutlery in the rooms, and the fact the shower gets stuck and fills with water.

The location was excellent, situated right on the beach, and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast options were limited to the same items each day, and there were no other choices available for children. The establishment feels dated.

Filoxenia has everything one might need, great clean rooms, wonderful staff, a good breakfast, the perfect view from the balcony or from the terrace where one can drink something nice and enjoy the sea. There are free sunbeds and towels, the sea is right in front of your eyes. It's our 3rd year at Filoxenia and we loved it as we always do. Dora, the manager and all the people there are extremely nice and accomodating. The cleaning and the changing of the towels are done daily. You have a stove and a medium fridge in the room that fits everything just nicely. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by. We couldn't recommed this place enough! Our soul is always there remembering the good times we've had in Zakynthos.

Ми були з дітьми і перші три дні ми перебували в номері з запахом плісняви та видно було цю плісняви по стінах, підлозі. На наше прохання надати чистий номер дали відповідь що можливо через три дні. А дитина у нас з алергією(((. Постіль за весь тиждень ні разу не міняли тільки рушники. Подушки важкі незручні. Шампунь дали лише 1 раз коли заїхали.

De obicei las review-uri bune dar de data aceasta experienta a fost una dezamagitoare, singurul lucru care mi-a plăcut a fost faptul ca în orice moment al zilei puteam vedea și auzi marea. Priveliștea este minunată la fel și sentimentul lăsat de sunetul valurilor.

Ce nu mi-a plăcut? Au fost multe... In primul rand lipsa de interes și de implicare a personalului administrativ. În cele 12 zile de sejur nu au aspirat deloc, prosoapele arătau jalnic, mirosul din baie era îngrozitor, am mers in super market si am cumparat un parfum de camera, una din scândurile care formau suportul patului a căzut în timpul nopții, micul dejun servit în cameră identic în fiecare zi, faptul ca a trebuit sa cerem hârtie igienica după ce s-au terminat cele trei suluri lăsate la început, modul total dezinteresat și lipsit de chef de munca în care aranjau așternuturile, zona de bucătărie, frigiderul și lista ar putea continua... Voi lăsa câteva poze care vor arata o parte din cele descrise. Mult mai aproape de un hotel de 3 stele, nu are nimic de-a face cu un hotel de 4 stele. Clar nu as mai reveni și nu as putea recomanda.
