Excellent value for money. Truly unique apartment building with beautiful architecture and direct view and proximity to the beach. It is a spacious yet cosy charming place with carefully selected art and furniture, well-maintained with all amenities and appliances. Kindest and most hospitable and helpful family of owners who live upstairs, always happy to share a story and advise on places to go. Safe, peaceful neighbourhood, such a beautiful place and corner of Platanias to stay with warm people running the place with great thought and care. Comfortable for pets.

Location superb, a few steps from the beach. Host and his wife very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was exceptional, (2 cleans during our stay, with fresh towels, sheets and bedding) and very comfortable beds.

Kitchen facilities cramped and limited. Front door lock maybe needs changing, as we struggled to open it with the key a few times. Which was a bit heart-stopping!

Amazing host, amazing location for the reasonable price. Nearby is very safe and close to the beach.

30 Meters from the beach, clean and comfortable apartments, very friendly management, mini-kitchen to cook small breakfast for yourself, this might be your best place to spend vacation in Platanias, but... there is couple of things you should consider first (see below):

Couple of things which you should consider first: Apartment Nr. 4 located at basement level (half-buried, so tabletop at the terrace slightly below the ground level), so you can enjoy another peoples' toes and dusty car wheels roaming around. Because of basement location, there is not enough airflow to the drying rack, so your swimming clothes would not be dry overnight, and you might put the rack outside of the terrace in the garden. There is big hotel at the opposite side of the street and the trucks are coming to unload from early morning to afternoon every 15-20 minutes, so if you like to have a nap in the middle of the day... good luck.
