Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο του Ναύπλιου και είχε εύκολη πρόσβαση και πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πραγματικά ευρύχωρο για διαμονή ειδικά με παιδί

Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε σε σημεία μαύρη μούχλα από την υγρασία και ο Καναπές στο σαλόνι ήταν μισοσπασμενος. Επίσης θα ήταν ωραίο να υπάρχει στη κουζίνα ρόλο χαρτί.
