"I realized why it was cheaper option hard way and it's funny when I think about it how i thought it was because some"

Spacious apartment really close to beach. Markets, bakery, coffe shops a round the corner.

Lower basement apartment.Humidity. I had to buy few dehumidifiers and place them all over the apartment. Smelly wordrobes. Lack of light in main room. No kitchen hood, poor kitchen appliances, no mosquito net on toilet window.
