Key pickup instructions were very clear and easy. Bed was very comfortable (mattress was lovely and soft, but not too soft). Kitchenette was perfect. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby for milk etc. Shower temperature and pressure was good. Air conditioner was excellent.

Shower head holder is at waist level, so you have to hold the shower head yourself for your upper body. Not a big deal. A bit of traffic noise at night. Also, in room one you are right next to the entrance door. When people come in and out they tend to let the door slam, which can stop you getting to sleep. In spite of that, I ended up having a good sleep. Note: if you stay here, please close the front door gently! Room one will thank you.
