Het is een ruim en schoon appartement. De ligging is in een uitgaansgebied met veel gezellige restaurantjes en barretjes. Je kunt lopend de stad in met veel bezienswaardigheden. Het ligt dicht bij de boulevard, bushaltes en taxi standplaats. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij .

Neem oordopjes mee als je gevoelig bent voor geluid want er is veel geluid om het gebouw van afzuiginstallaties van restaurants en muziek van een disco .
