Xenios Dias Luxury Apartments With Sea View

This apt is outside from downtown and perfect. So many restaurants within walking distance. A park with trails and close to the beach. Easy access to roads when exploring the area. Plenty of parking as car needed to explore Crete.

Really great location, really quiet and very comfortable (bed & sofa)

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach, in fact two beaches on either side of a little cape with a small church on top. It is especially convenient if you plan to swim or snorkel, as you can change in the apartment and walk the 30 meters to the water with just your swimming gear and a towel. The apartment has a nice spacious balcony with a dining table and a lovely view to the sea, I took all my meals there, since I mostly cooked my own food in the apartment. The kitchen is a bit sparse, but actually, I didn't really miss any vital items, and was able to cook comfortably for the two weeks I stayed there The owner is very friendly and hospital, regularly checking in with you and providing anything you need.

Really nothing bad to say about the place. If I really should mention something: The hot water in the kitchen faucet took a long time to become warm, and it never really become fully warm. This seems a bit strange, since this was not a problem in the bathroom shower. Maybe they are sourced from two different heater tanks

We had the most brilliant holiday staying at the property. It's minutes walk to two beautiful beaches, a park, restaurants and shops. Plenty to do even if staying without renting a car. If you do, the parking spaces are in front of the building, so you can see the car. The apartment is gorgeously furnished, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Last but not least, the owner is super friendly, was on hand if we needed anything and even brough more coffee pods for me.
