Perfect place for a larger group of (young) people in such a location. Air conditioning in every room was very convenient, there are two toilets and an equiped kitchen. Great for students.

Location is pretty central. It was cheap, but not enough … (should not be rented at all). Lady Elisabeth, the owner was nice.

It would be acceptable for a maximum of 7 people, if the smell of dampness from the entrance corridor would not make it almost uninhabitable. There was also a heavy smell in the kitchen. The kitchen, as well as the bedroom on the ground floor, have no windows to the outside. Upstairs there is a bathroom that looks civilized, and a bedroom (something like a dungeon), a room a little bigger than the bed, also without a window outside and with a white painted tin door. The place needs some investments, sanitation and a very efficient ventilation system in order to be rented.
