Beh, che dire...il nostro punteggio è 10 perché di più non può essere, altrimenti lo avremo dato! Deliziosa casetta, piccola ma con lo spazio sufficiente per stare bene, perfettamente funzionale e posizionata a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge di Mykonos. Pace, tranquillità e privacy. Inoltre Vangelis è stato uno dei migliori host che abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare; cortese, sempre disponibile, ci ha dato moltissimi spunti per goderci a pieno la nostra vacanza. Se torneremo a Mykonos non ci saranno dubbi: torneremo certamente qui. Super consigliato!

we stayed in the house for a week and we had a really good time. The house is very comfy and cozy, it really feels like home. There was everything that we needed and more. It also has a beautiful little terrace, very good to spend the evening watching the sunset. Vangelis, the host, was a very kind person, very thoughtful and very generous. Always available for advice and more. It really was a Love Nest.

I had previously enjoyed staying at this property, so I was really looking forward to another relaxing stay. Unfortunately, this time it didn’t live up to my past experience. From the moment we arrived, there was a persistent sewage smell throughout the house. The odor seemed to come from a sewage pump-out cap located directly on the terrace, and it also filtered through the kitchen and bathroom drains, making the entire space uncomfortable to be in. I reached out to the host, who responded quickly, but instead of addressing the problem, he gave a series of explanations that didn’t help. He said it might be due to recent rain and even mentioned that the septic tank had been pumped just two days earlier. He also questioned my identity because I called from a different phone number, which was a bit surprising and felt unnecessary. Unfortunately, despite his quick replies, no plumber was sent, and no effective solution was offered. The smell lingered throughout our stay, which made it difficult to enjoy the space. During this visit, I also noticed some things I hadn’t paid much attention to before. The house is tucked away behind overgrown plants, and while the sea view from the terrace is lovely, it’s partially obstructed—almost as if the house is meant to be hidden. Guests in this unit aren’t allowed to use the compound’s parking either, which means you have to park on the dusty road outside the gate. It just left me feeling a bit like a second-class guest compared to those staying in the main villa. On top of that, the kitchen wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. Even though the host claimed it had been "sterilized," we had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. After one uncomfortable night, we decided to leave early with the help of Booking.com. Unfortunately, the host refused to refund the first night’s stay and charged a €70 cleaning fee, which didn’t seem fair given the state of the kitchen.

Quiet area with a lovely view. Good Wi-Fi connection, powerful AC. Very good communication from a host, who was very helpful and answered questions promptly.

The only down side of the property would be the bed /mattress that we’ve slept on, it was a little bit too hard for our liking.
