Villa Milia

Great location with an amazing view. We stayed in number 1 with a washing machine (rest does not have a washing machine), on the top floor giving a view from all sides. Rooms are clean and the AC works perfectly. Close to Agios Nikitas which is lovely.

Mylos beach is only 150 meters away but the climb down is not suitable for most people. It is very steep and at the end you need a rope to climb down. If you are fit and looking for some adventure during a relaxing stay book it, if you are looking for a place close to the beach do not. My wife and kids did not go down.

A little bit tricky to get to Miloš beach - steep path

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show because the flora has grown in quite a bit and there are beautiful flowers everywhere. The pool was clean and the area was quiet. There was plenty of hot water and pressure for the shower. Amazing views from the deck and of the sunset from the road out front. Easy parking on road across from property. Steep but manageable walk to town. Air conditioning worked as expected. Having a quiet space with great seating around the pool was a real highlight to come home to.

The house was missing what I would consider a few essentials. There was no cutting board, sharp knife, wine opener (but owner brought one the next day), salt or pepper and more than one dish towel. I texted the owner a few times but didn't hear back about some recommendations. You should note you can no longer access the milos beach from the property and must walk to town and then through the trail (I tried- the path is eroded and straight down with a rope after a 10 min walk). In one of the reviews the person mentioned access to a washing machine but this was not an option for us and there is no laundry facility in agios nikitas. We were there for 3 nights and the towels got a bit gross but there was no option for new ones. Overall I would still 100% stay here again and highly recommend just come a bit better prepared and you'll be very happy

Three star accomodation for a five star price. For the price we paid i expect all amenities in good condition. The decor, the furniture, and general appearance was dated. We had problems with the main door and the bathroom plumbing flooding the floor. The owner fixed it promptly but it should not have happened in the first place. The second shower, which was only a hand held, was always cold. The coffee machine was a joke. So many things one expects from a property of this cost were broken or missing.

Location was amazing with exceptional views of the sea / beach below. Very nice swimming pool with a beautiful garden and flowers throughout.

Walk to Milos beach much longer than advertised. TV did not work and no instructions provided. Host could have been more responsive to messages from the booking.com site.
