There is a complete lack of sound insulation — you can clearly hear neighbors having sex or listening music. During the night, the wind picked up and I woke up because the front door was banging due to a draft. The dishes and cutlery are old and worn out, and there isn’t a single proper knife to cut vegetables or bread. In early March, the apartment is quite chilly, it's understanding, but it’s impossible to sleep with the heat pump on as it is very noisy.
