Το μπάνιο χρήζει ανακαίνισης, ίσως λόγω του κλίματος που επικρατεί στην περιοχή, σε αρκετά σημεία υπήρχε μούχλα όπως επίσης και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές θέλουν αλλαγή.
