CZThe property looks like in photos (for 1bedroom apartment on the first floor) but everything inside, except bathroom is very old. Good point is that apartment is always on the shadow and terras looked fine. Location is close to the beach. There is free parking inside the property, but the owner of apartment will be fighting with you all the time about the car for your apartment if they don’t see it all the time parked there and will send you more and more messages trying to charge you 30eur per day for parking because cleaning lady there is apparently watching you all the time.
Opening some doors or drawers might be dangerous due to super old furniture inside. The bed was small as for two and very not comfortable. The sofa felt better to sleep. A lot of mosquitos and facility does not provide any thing for that. Also, it says that cleaning is every 3 days and over our 8 days staying apartment was cleaned once, toilet paper is to be provided during cleaning days and only if you fight for it. Owner of the place is very rude and all the time reminding you that you’re not throwing rubbish proper way, that you’re overspending water, that you cannot have visitors in apartment you paid for and cleaning lady is always watching you. Feels like you’re literally taking shower with the cleaning lady holding timer and counting seconds you spent there. Kitchenette is not fully equipped. It says microwave in description which was not there. Facility does not provide any sponge and gel for washing plates but requires to leave apartment clean. The owner of apartment will remind you few times it’s not a hotel and bring everything with you.

- the toilet paper is not provided, even a shower gel o soap… nothing. We requested and I was told “go to the shop to buy it, we are note the hotel” - the biggest problem was that we paid for 2 separate bedrooms and we had just 1. They told us we can sleep in 1 bed or one of us in the sofa! But we are not the couple! We are just friends and it was really embarrassing and unacceptable for us. In the reservation was written and super clear that it is apartment with 2 bedrooms! it is not written anywhere that if we are just 2 person, the second room will be locked! I will make a complaint and request compensation. - it is NOT clean at all, the toilet was really disgusting (see the photo) and in general there was a plenty dirty spaces - it was not cheap and value quality/price is bad
