Seascape Apartment with Private Balcony in Faliraki

The room was gorgeous. The location is excellent, it’s very close to the bus stop and also really close to the strip. We felt very safe walking to and from the apartment. There is also a supermarket right in front of the apartment which we found very useful. The host was very kind and kept great communication with us throughout our stay. The room was very clean and had great facilities which all worked perfectly. We had an amazing stay here and hope to come back again.

The apartment was as described, equipped with everything that you need. Clean and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable, towels were super fluffy and good smelling, there was even some bottled water and wine in the fridge. The owners were super friendly, responsive and helpful. There is a supermarket very close by, which was also open on Sunday, when I arrived. The bars and restaurants, the port and beaches were also reachable by a short walk (10-20 min.). Mandomata beach is also in walkable distance. A big plus was the beach umbrella which I could take with me to the beaches. There was always enough parking space in front of the building, next to the church.

If you have sleeping problems like me, bring ear plugs and eye mask with you, because the apartment is very close to the Rhodos-Lindos main street and it's quite noisy from the traffic even late at night, and there are some very bright lights in the apartment from the power switches next to the entrance door, which can not be turned off and make it difficult to fall asleep. There was a problem with the wifi on the first day, but the owner fixed it with a new router on the next day, after that it was working well. Regarding the bedding, I would have preferred 1-persons duvets or blankets instead of having to use the 2-persons bedspread.

Everything. It is the first time since I travel that the pictures on booking do not display how actually beautiful the house is. The apartment is a first floor freshly renovated. It is a large open space with a fully furnished kitchen and a double bed. The bathroom is very nice with a huge walk-in shower. The owner is very nice. We found a lot of useful things such as hairdryer, shampoo, beach umbrella, towels, bottles of water, tv and in-room safe. Wifi is fast. Position is also perfect. A few minutes walking to the city centre and the beach but also very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. Finally, the price was very honest if not cheap compared to other apartments and this is a HUGE PLUS. This place is perfect for couples, we loved it.

The church just next to the apartment. Sunday mornings the bells are very noisy but it is only once a week!

Fantastic and cozy place in Faliraki, close to the main beaches and to the main restaurants and entertainment of the city. The apartment has literally everything you need, there’s nothing you will miss. You can find cleaning products for you and the apartment, beach towels, umbrella for the beach, iron and iron board, books etc etc.. Tsampika also left some chips, water, and croissants for breakfast for me. I highly recommend this place, the kindness and the care of the hosts are simply amazing. If I go back to Rhodes, this will definitely be the place I will chose again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It was a well-equipped apartment. It had almost everything we could need. Perhaps a microwave would have been useful. We had no nothing problems. We have found the apartment easily and had no problems with parking. The apartment was big and comfortable. We were able to park in front of the apartment. There was also air conditioning, which was much needed. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone.

It was a little bit far from the Faliraki beaches. It was about a 20-minute walk.

Very spacious and clean apartment! We enjoyed the stay a lot! Kitchen has everything one needs, although we only used it to prepare breakfast. Air conditioning worked well, the balcony was also great to enjoy some snacks in the evening. The area was quiet enough for us. On foot it is very close to the beach and to the lively bar area. Easy to go to nice restaurants nearby. Parking was also no problem. Hosts were very friendly and quick in replying. Can't be better, we loved our stay!

It was spacious, comfortable and easy to reach. A nice walk to the beach, everything was fine. They provided cleaning but we didn't use, didn't need.

The apartment is great and contains all you need (dishes, cutlery, coffee filter, iron etc.). The apartment is big and comfortable. It is in close proximity to the bus station and to a big grocery shop (one that has good prices; the smaller ones have bigger prices). The host was very considerate and left us something to drink and some snacks. Also, in the apartment you can find sun umbrella and beach towels, which can be extremely useful. The apartment has AC and blinds (so it is dark in the room - perfect for sleeping even if it is sunny outside).

Overall the place is quiet, but keep in mind that it is located in close proximity to a church, so you can hear the church bell pretty early in the morning. In our case, it happened to be a big christian holiday during our stay so we could hear the bell on 3 or 4 days, but I think on regular weekends, maybe you can hear it only on Sundays.
