Royal Legend Suite

We highly reccomend this place from the bottom of our hearts. The host was really nice and helpfull and so was Mr. Angelo. Its a perfect location to visit the main attreaction of Chaina area (max 1:30 hours for anything). By far this was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed in our vacations.Its also a nice and quiet mountain village perfect for relaxing after a full day of activites.

L'appartamento è vicino a Chania ( 4km) e situato in un paesino caratteristico, molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Da qui è possibile, percorrendo la strada E90, raggiungere molte destinazioni e meravigliose spiagge dell'isola occidentale. Ci sono piaciute la pulizia, l'organizzazione dell'appartamento, che aveva tutto il necessario, e soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari.

Royal Legend Suite is SUPERB! Read it all, please! We were met by Vangelis ( Kyriakos's father), who handed us the keys. When we got in, we found a great welcome with a plate of Cretan sweet honey delights, a little like Baklava, several bottles of water in the fridge, not to mention a bottle of Raki and two raki glasses. On my birthday, both Vangelis and his wife knocked on the door, hands full, with a delicious plate of homemade Moussaka! How fantastic is that, eh? It has absolutely everything you will ever need, loads of towels, sheets and everything you would have in your own home such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, standard fan oven ,ceramic hob, loads of utensils,air conditioning and much more. The location is in the pretty small village of Tsiskalaria which is up a hill from nearby Souda, with all the amazing and very friendly locals, RLS is immediately opposite the small local Greek Orthodox church which we attended on Sunday. A car is a must although for the first three days we used the local bus service no 22 which leaves Tsikalaria near the elementary school every two hours,its down a hill just 5 minutes walk down the hill but remember you have to come back UP the  hill ! I did it and I'm 83 and disabled and all the locals do it as well,having said all that ! Get a car :) RLS has its own private parking close by.( Photo of bus timetable from Tsikalaria) Chania and Souda and everything that they have to offer is within very easy reach,  I could go on and on and all I can say is we have only been back 4 days and we are already missing it ! My wife and I just talked about going back! To sum up ....... Book it ! Go there !

Very clean, confortable beds, spacious, new furniture, very good recommandations for restaurants near by, very good facilities.

Difficulties with the parking

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in RLS. - Clean, practical and pretty apartment - Spacious enough for a couple with a baby - Nice beds and mattresses - All amenities included plus a washing machine - Air conditioning is working great - Very nice area - Private parking - Hosts are very kind and helpful - Internet connection is decent

The warmth reception from the host was a big initial plus. Very friendly and we were greeted with just out of the oven home made tiropita: delicious! The place was exactly as advertised, the pictured didn't lie at all. Very spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet. The place was like 5 minute drive to Souda and 10-15 to Chania. It was close to main road accesses so it was easy to move around. Highly recommended!

Nothing to point.

The house has great commodities and you can easily stay more than 10 days. It is a house that is built with love and care. The host as his family are great and extremely helpful people. Within the house you can find anything you need. Superclean and fully equipped. The area is quite and you can enjoy the nature.

The house is wonderful and comfortable, fully equipped, with great bedroom, great bathroom, kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, complete great fridge, air conditioning in main bedroom and main room / kitchen, a great outside area with table and seats, and a washing machine). Placed in a very quiet area, easy to arrive, you need car (of course). Near to Chania using car, and close to the main road of Crete, for going everywhere. Owner and his family, very, very kindly with us, we had very good feeling with them, in every detail.
