Ariadne's Kastro Boutique Apartment

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, con tutto il necessario in cucina. Il letto è abbastanza comodo, il divano in soggiorno invece no. La posizione nel castello è suggestiva e comoda per le uscite serali o le passeggiate in cui ci si perde letteralmente tra i vicoli con locali e negozi. Di sera c'è molto viavai e al mattino la sveglia con la sirena del primo traghetto in partenza dal porto è assicurata, per fortuna è alle 9! Il porto e le partenze dei mezzi pubblici sono a due passi, le spiaggie invece a 20 minuti di camminata.

L'area esterna è molto curata e davvero bella, peccato non poterla usare per via dei piccioni che svolazzano nei cortili e sporcano tutto stazionando sui tetti.

Amazing apartment brilliantly modern without losing the sense of being in an ancient building. Architecturally clever. Nice little outside. Calm colour scheme. Great help from host.

It’s a beautiful cave-style house in the castle, near the former Ursaline school. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful, and staying in these narrow castle streets is a pretty amazing experience.

The only problem I could imagine is that it’s a bit hard to get to. But then again, that’s kind of the point (to be in the castle). Once you figure out where the road that slopes gently all the way down is, you’ll have no trouble.

Huge apartment and beautiful decorated! Well equipped kitchen and washing machine! We were welcomed at the travel agents across from the port - and walked to our apartment. The woman who walked and checked us in was amazing and gave us loads of useful tips - including helping us book a car, boat trip and scuba diving during our stay! I would recommend to anyone to stay there and to do the amazing boat trip! Apartment was right in the centre and we could walk to any restaurant for dinner and close to amenities. Was amazing to be within the castle walls! Thankyou!!

Beautiful, character property in the old town by the castle. Very well appointed, excellent kitchen, small rear courtyard, AC, great shower and facilities inc washing machine. Very close to the port, restaurants, shops etc yet tucked away in the maze of winding streets of the old town. A great base to explore the town from. Property remains nice and cool throughout the day, a fantastic refuge to come back to in the hot afternoons. Check-in was very easy and the staff were excellent.

Historic building which has been beautifully restored though we did notice a couple of areas on walls had what seemed to be damp patches/peeling paint (probably due to the age of building). We also had some noise from people walking on floors upstairs on a few evenings. Both fairly minor points, otherwise everything else was great.
