"A wonderful stay in Mr Ilias's spacious apartment with stunning views and exceptional hospitality"

My partner and I had a delightful stay in Mr Ilias’s apartment in Sami, Kefalonia at the beginning of September. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained with incredible views, conveniently situated at the entrance of Sami. Its prime location made it the perfect base for exploring the town, with restaurants, bars, and beaches only a short walk away. Antisamos beach and the Melissani caves are only a short 10-minute drive from the town, with some of the clearest water we’ve ever seen - both a must-see for first-time visitors! Daily boat tours to Ithaca depart from Sami's docks; an experience we would also highly recommend. Mr Ilias was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He even gifted us some of his home-grown green and red chilli peppers to cook with which were delicious! We're already looking forward to our next visit to Kefalonia and would highly recommend staying at Mr Ilias’s apartments!
