Sad to have to do this, but the hosts won’t confirm that they will take their own safety measures and it is important that guests know to be really careful in the property. I was using the shower, as normal and at a regular temperature. I bent down to pick up some shampoo and brushed my arm against the tap that led up to the shower head. The side of the tap was so scolding hot that I got a severe, and large, burn on my arm that only just healed two weeks later - I still have a noticeable mark on my arm. Given the height, about 1m up, it could have been even more dangerous for a child reaching up etc. There were no signs warning guests about this issue or anything to protect guests from suffering such injury. When this was raised with the hosts, including suggestions to remove this risk for guests, I was ignored for a week and their response was subsequently that there was nothing out of the ordinary when they inspected the shower. Very disappointing in the circumstances meaning I have had to write a review in order to protect future guests from suffering a similar injury. Other than that, the stay was good.

Very spacious comfy basement flat. Fantastic views across Piraeus from rooftop. Second bathroom was on split level with bedroom which made it great for two couples to have their own spaces for mornings/evenings/overnight. Although away from Athens centre, transport links are good with a very regular bus to the metro just a two minute walk away.

Although roof is effectively allocated to apartments it's not marked and all accessed thought the one door so not completely private. Host was slow to respond over the weekend but a good communicator otherwise.

Molto pulito, accogliente, super fornito, casa grande e servizio check-in, check-out ottimo.

The rooftop view is breathtaking, very spacious (though kitchen a bit tight w small fridge but is manageable), clean, host fast reply, well organized detailed check in instructions and very helpful. Location, due to up the hill, walking can be challenging but good exercise.
