The flat is indeed clean and well located, has a washing machine, the colors inside are nice, the design is somewhat stilish. Pet friendly and the fridge is really nice.

It was definitely the worst experience I had with booking.com so far in almost 6 years of using it. The owner displayed a very off putting narcissistic style going from lovely nice and friendly to aggressive and uncaring. The electricity power went off two times, because I was using the AC and the stove simultaneously so I stayed 40 minutes - each time about 20 -25 minutes - in the dark and cold cause his AC was very weak and it took more than 3 hours to reach some thermic comfort... Outside : 9 degrees Celsius but real feel 6 degrees. It was 10.30 pm and I tried verifying the electricity panel myself before deciding to call him. He replied 15 minutes later, after explaining myself in WhatsApp why I called. He assisted me on the phone to restart the power and after told me very rudely to go to sleep and not bother him again because for 32 euros he will not be at my disposal all the time.. and if I have any objections just go out of this place and leave everything as I found it. The power went off a second time and again I stayed 20 minutes in the dark and cold, thinking what could I do, but not wanting to hear his voice again. So as a note.. If you use the AC... You can't shower and charge your phone simultaneously because the electricity will go off. A bit earlier I dared to make a few unsolicited design suggestions to him, seeing him young and friendly. I told him that all those big pompous plastic decorations don't go well with such a small space.. there were unnecessary vessels with plastic flowers, bid cages and feathers that gather dust. Perhaps I broke his ego with my suggestions but remaining without electricity in a cold dark place is a serious issue. After his rude rage, I felt really unsafe and disgusted. A thing to keep in mind is that there's no internet router, but the WIFI of Kavala reaches the apart with variable signal. If you go as a couple know that I found just one big towel.

Well furnished, you have all the appliances you need Organised and clean

The location is great, literaly next to the sea! The host is a great guy! A really good person. On the street we have found a cat, hit by a car, in a very poor condition, but the host has found a good doctor to take care of the kitty and now the cat is saved!

the apartment is in a magnificent location, a stone's throw from the sea. Nice owner. Easy to find keys. There are many restaurants near the apartment, good shop to buy food.

It's winter and cold outside. We had to wait until the apartment warmed up (this made me feel uncomfortable)
