Mema's Tranquil Apartment in Patra

The apartment was clean, but if the shutters were closed the whole apartment was dark, to dark for us. The lady and gentleman were lovely..

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom every now and then even with the window closed.

A good value for money, spacious rooms, a nice balcony.

Too small kitchen, not enough cutlery for a big family of 6.

Super nice house, very comfortable and cute cats in the garden.

Everything was perfect, nothing to say.

This apartment has everything you need. Literally. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, spacious living room, comfy (but for my taste a bit too soft) bed, a lot of storage and a nice balcony with a door to a cute little garden with a lemon tree, flowers and some friendly cats saying good morning. Free parking is available in the yard. The self check in process went smoothly and the owner made sure to update me with detailed information and instructions. Also went out of his way to fulfill a special request in no time. Patras downtown, the university and the bridge are all only a few minutes drive away. Next supermarket is 3 minutes by foot and there are several gas stations just around the corner. A seaside restaurant can be reached after a 20 minutes walk.

The location is a bit "in the middle of nowhere", so some sort of ride is pretty much needed when staying there. Well, it's something people are aware of when booking, so in fact nothing to criticize. . The bathroom smelled a bit moldy by times. Not too bad but could maybe be improved/renovated.
