Archontiko Rapti Stone Traditional House

Lovely family house in the center of Monodendri. There is a shared space on the ground floor with the 2nd apartment. The kitchen is downstairs, small but fully equipped with everything you may need. The kind host even left breakfast and wine. On the 2nd floor there are the bedrooms, bathroom and a family room all nice and cozy. The house was clean, well equipped, even with washing machine in the laundry room Antonio the host was very responsive.

I would only suggest a hanger for coats on the ground floor.

Stunning little house right in the heart of the village within a 60 second walk down to a square with a coffee shop and several restaurants. In addition, there is a great outdoor space to hang out at the location.

A 100-year-old country house in a charming mountain village. A super lovable owner was waiting for us on the edge of the village, in order to we would not have problems with finding a house. The house is simply furnished in a country style but there is no lack of comfort. Contrary. You live comfortably and at the same time you feel like you were living in a country cottage a hundred years ago. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. We were greeted with local specialties (including wine produced by the owner's father) and a few groceries in the fridge. Contact with the owner was great all time. Monodendri is great located if you are interested in exploring the mountain trails of Zagori (it is actually on the edge of the Vikos Gorge). A trip to pretty Ioannina is also not burdensome (car is needed of course).

Maybe, a little we missed a balcony in this house. Well, such luxuries were not built a hundred years ago. There is a very stylish inner courtyard but you have to share it with guests from the other half of the house.

Beautiful traditional stone house, but with all the modern facilities needed. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. They even supplied us with extra breakfast goodies and knew a lot about what to do in the area.

Beautiful stone house in the centre of the charming village of Monodendri, perfect location for visiting the Vikos gorge. Very comfortable house with everything you need and much more.

It was a great experience! The host was amazing, being really available for everything we needed, even tips for amazing hikes in the area! In addition the treats that waited for us were priceless and made us feel welcomed (wine, breakfast stuff and more). The house was super cozie and comftarble

The only thing is of you come with a young baby (our youngest is 2.5 years old), is that there is heat pipes, that in one place are not covered- so a young crawling baby can touch it (but its NOT as hot to get burned)
