Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση

Πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο το δωμάτιο , εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μιας και είναι μπροστά στην γέφυρα για να ανέβεις στο κάστρο, στο κέντρο όπου είναι τα μαγαζιά και τα ταβερνάκια. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση απο τον ιδιοκτήτη και για early check in που ζητήσαμε και για την διάθεση του να μας βοηθήσει και τον ευχαριστούμε!

2 είναι τα βασικά ζητήματα του συγκεκριμένου δωματίου ίδιας σπουδαιότητας. 1. Η καθαριότητα και 2. Η ψύξη Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να γίνεται σχολαστική καθαριότητα γιατί υστερεί πολύ σε αυτό το κομμάτι. Πολλά σημεία που είναι εμφανή δεν είχαν καθαριστεί. 2. Είναι τόσο ψηλοταβανο το δωμάτιο που με θερμοκρασίες υψηλές και το ένα μόνο κλιματιστικό που υπάρχει και που δεν μου φάνηκε να είναι και 24αρι ειναι αδύνατον να δροσίσει τον χώρο πάρα τις οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν από τον ιδιοκτητη. Η εμπειρία λοιπόν διαμονής αυτόματα δεν γίνεται ευχάριστη. Σε συνδυασμό με την καθαριότητα δυστυχώς, στο σύνολο, δεν μας άφησε ιδιαίτερα ικανοποιημένους.

Confortable beds, enough space for 3 people. Nice location near to the beach and the shuttle bus to Monemvasia, but still calm.

The reservation stated that the payment is done during the check-in. Nevertheless, the owners were sending continuous messages demanding for a bank transfer from the moment I made the reservation (2 months in advance). After double checking with Booking, who confirmed that no payment had to be done in advance, they contacted the owners to clarify the situation, with no return from them. In parallel, they kept asking me to pay in advance. In the end I paid one week upfront just to stop receiving further messages. In relation to the property itself: The reservation was for 3 people but there were only 2 mugs, same for shampoo, etc. The air conditioning was off when we got into the apartment (would have appreciated to find it on, since there were almost 40 degrees outside, especially considering that the room was prepared and cleaned just before we entered). The instructions for having hot water were not clear ("hot water 20' on" means that a switch on the electric pannel of the room has to be turn on, something we discovered the day we left).

Internet/wifi very slow, apartment amenities , aircon hard to work out. Can’t shower.

Well appointed room opposite beachfront. Communication for arrival was easy to follow.

The location close to the bridge was perfect (though a bit noisy). The bed and pillows were also of good quality. Finally, it’s a big appartement, which is nice.

Although we agreed on beforehand by the Booking messaging service that the sofabed would be made for my daughter, it was not. When I mentioned this, I received a rude reply stating that this was not possible, that they were not a hotel with cleaning ladies nearby that it would cost extra, that they would give me a refund if I decided in 10 minutes (it was 6 pm, not really a time to look for a new hotel after a long drive). In short: a lot of ‘not possibles’ instead of an excuse for the miscommunication (which I would have accepted, this can happen). I understood that it was now all managed from Athens…(from which I deducted that management had recently changed, but I may be wrong). Apart from this disappointing start, I should mention the shower: it is not working properly, it leaks, it was clogged. Extremely bad quality and it really should be repaired or replaced

The upfront instructions of the staff and theirs responsiveness during the stay were great. The bed was very comfortable. Location right in front of the bridge to the Castle/Old Town(s) of Monemvasia was also perfect for me.

When I first came in the apartment floor as well as the terrace were very dirty (dusty with lots of hair from previous guest I would say). They organized another cleaning for the next day - afterwards it was okay. In general the apartment is good! However, from my opinion, it is not thought through to the end in some points: There are some dishes for drinks and maybe a small snack, but no equipment to properly clean them after using them. A „laundry reck“ is there, but very small and I had a hard time finding a way to place/attach it properly at the balcony parapet. Not enough/no proper places to hang up towels to dry after the shower.

Great location

Host ruined the experience of a lovely place. Did not send instructions by checkin time, thus it took me 30min to find property. Then eventually I got a call with instructions to lock box. I had called the contact number numerous times without response. Impossible to find without instructions.
