We had a lovely stay overall! The highlight of this apartment is definitely the amazing view – one of the best in Kavala. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The air conditioning kept the space cool and pleasant, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential cookware for basic meals.

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The apartment didn’t provide basic cooking necessities like sugar, salt, or olive oil, which meant we had to buy our own just to make tea or season food. Additionally, the coffee machine and kettle were not clean upon arrival, and we had to wash them before using. We were a group of four, but there was only one soap and a small bottle of shower gel, which didn’t feel adequate for more than a day. The most frustrating part was the parking situation. it’s a tandem setup, meaning one car blocks the other. If parked first, and someone parked behind me – I would have to knock on their door just to get out. If they hadn’t been home, I would’ve been stuck. Because of this, I ended up parking on a very steep hill nearby, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, the apartment has great potential with some truly wonderful features, but a few small improvements could really elevate the guest experience.

cleaning: it was dirty, no operation to clean the house was performed before us and need to spend time to clean the house by ourself..It was notice to the staff but it supposed to be organized for the next day...and in the mean time we need to sleep it and we do it ourself.

It was well designed, close to the center, has wonderful balcony and well furnished there was every equipment we needed. it felt like home. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Close garage was a bonus

Even though it was really close to center (1,3km) there was a really high steep harder to walk back.
