Le propriétaire est adorable, présent, à l'écoute, aimable, souriant et arrangeant. Le jardin est splendide, face à la mer, comme d'ailleurs le studio qui est très bien équipé, avec un superbe balcon. Le village est très jolie, avec des belles plages à deux pas à pied depuis le studio et un belle promenade dans la forêt jusqu'à Marble Beach.
