Colonial Studio/Apartment

This is our second time staying here, which means we were impressed with the studio on our first visit. It is so spacious and bright, with a gorgeous balcony, large mirrors and tastefully furnished, so it is easy to fall in love with it. The warm welcome and exceptionally friendly hosts deserve a special mention. Meeting them is like a breath of fresh air, they radiate immense positivity.

The accommodation is a bit dated and the selection of TV channels is limited, but this is absolutely irrelevant. The positive aspects are so overwhelming that these overshadow everything else.

I stayed at this hotel during the off-season and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was bright and spacious, with a large terrace that was perfect for relaxing. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The host was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Another big plus was the nearby store that was open even during the off-season, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Our stay at The Colonial Studio apartment was fantastic !! Steve the owner is such a friendly guy & nothing was to much trouble was always checking in with us all if everything was OK. It was a lovely surprise to have a fridge with some welcome bits to get our stay started. These apartments had everything you needed & it had a lovely pool & garden. Jack our son loved the Pool. Thank you again Steve for being such a great host we will definitely be back.

It is hard to put into words just how good the Colonial Apartments was. Without doubt an exceptional place to stay during your vacation. The room was spacious and clean and everything you need is available. Steve (The owner) is an absolutely lovely man and couldn’t do enough he always makes sure you’re okay. Wonderful place and will definitely return next year. 10 out 10 👌

The property was an excellent Studio apartment, with a lovely Balcony, and a swimming pool & clubhouse attached round the back. The host, Steve Maskey, was wonderfully supportive & informative. He met me on arrival & on the 2nd day he took me on a short local tour in his car. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even when I had to call him one evening about 11pm, because I had forgot to bring the door key with me. Faliraki Square & Beach was less than 20 minutes walk away from the apartment. Thomas Sports Bar was right next to the Apartment & I watched the football & the boxing late into the night/early morning. Mike's Sports Bar next door to it, had a wonderful outside eating area where I regularly had my breakfast & Sunday Roast dinner. Sarikas Bakery & Patisserie on the opposite corner was superb with a wonderful decor & outdoor eating area. Rhodes New Town & Old Town was a 30 minutes bus ride away & only cost €2.50. Plenty of local shops. All in all an excellent accommodation & host. Would thoroughly recommend this place to one & all

The warm welcome and the gorgeous studio won my heart in the first minutes. What spaciousness, lightness, stylish interior design, all this creates the conditions for a wonderful accommodation experience. Everything is scrupulously clean, the beds are really comfortable, all the necessary equipment is available in the kitchen. I consider the luxury terrace to be the pearl of the studio, you could spend your entire vacation there without missing anything else. The elegant spiral staircase leading to the studio also impresses.
