The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to town. Artemis was a great communicator and helped us with scheduling taxis, excursions, and reservations at restaurants. The apartment was very clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

The pathway near the hotel is used by the donkeys several times a day. We jokingly named it donkey sh*t lane. While I enjoyed watching them and hearing their little bells ringing, having to walk up or down that path to get to town or back was quite nasty. They have a man who has the unfortunate job as a pooper scooper and he does a great job but there is still no way for him to possibly get it all so we had to leave our shoes outside in order to not track donkey poo into our apartment. This is in no way any fault of the hotel's but is is a notable inconvenience.

Amazing! Cave like rooms, perfect for a family of 4. Clean, very central to the Fira ( 2 min walk), beautiful pool and even a jacuzzi in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can not fault.

The novel design of the place was refreshing.

Terrace and very limited shaded outdoor space to chill or relax so one has to be in the property.

The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. It was a quiet location but still walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was laid out for you at a picnic table at the pool (there was an option to have in the room but rooms were dark with not many windows since it is built into the mountain side. There was plenty of food and the hosts were kind. No options just laid out a spread of bread, cheese, eggs, sweets, fruit and yogurt. The view from the pool was nice and we saw the donkeys come up to Fira everyday.

We had a two bedroom but the second bedroom did not have a door just a partition so not much privacy for couples. The layout was a bit strange and there are a lot of stairs to getaround. Not good for anyone elder or that does not get around well.

Great accommodation and location.

Breakfast orange juice was terrible - sweetened.
