Quiet Stay Sykies Center

It is a large and clean apartment, with a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. It was perfect for an overnight stop on our way home from vacation. I appreciated having all the information from the host and the very convenient check-in and check-out times. We found free parking close to the location, even though it was late.

I would like to report a serious issue regarding our recent stay. The host sent us the wrong location, which already caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience upon arrival. When we finally reached the property, the conditions were truly unacceptable: • The beds were in terrible condition and extremely uncomfortable — far from what was advertised. • The bathroom had no door, and taking a shower was a complicated process involving multiple steps just to get hot water running. • The duvet was very dirty, which made it feel unhygienic and disrespectful to guests. What’s even more shocking is that this property has a 9.6 rating, which does not reflect reality at all. Based on our experience, we strongly believe the reviews are manipulated or fake. This host does not deserve to be listed on Booking, especially considering the misleading rating and poor accommodation standards. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay that did not meet even basic expectations. We hope Booking.com will take this matter seriously, as experiences like this affect travelers’ trust in the platform.

Exceptionally clean and well-maintained apartment on the ground floor. The host was incredibly helpful, polite, and kind—always ready to assist. Good value for the money.
