Luxury Studio Apartment in the City Center

Very helpful host always available,the apartment is very modern and very clean and central for marina beach and shops restaurants and bars

Nothing could be useful to have a microwave but certainly wouldn’t stop us returning

Nikos and his family are very nice people who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We did not find a free parking lot and Nikos father drove avay his car, so we can use his space. He also brought us some home cooked feta pastries. The Appartement itself is very close to everything, but away from the noisy Main streets. Perfect for our short Trip to agios nikolaos. And the communal roof garden with sea view and the privat balcony are also nice places to spend time. The bed and the bathroom are a little bit small, but not a Problem for 2 or 3 nights. We would defunitely Come back!

Amazing, very clean apartment with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the location is good- on a quiet street, right in the center of Agios Nikolaos. The host was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here.

The place is in a great location and offers everything you need. There's even a nice balcony where you can have a drink in the afternoon as well as a roof garden on the top. It has a beautiful design on three levels with the bedroom on the top. The place does not get very hot even without air conditioning, but if despite that there's air conditioner which runs quietly and doesn't disturb you during sleep. We got complimentary water as well some other goods that made our stay a memorable experience. On both evenings we stayed there we found a free parking place on the street (despite being in high season in mid August). Even if we would be out of luck, there were two paid parking lots nearby.

Our neighbors have been making really a lot of noise every time when they entered or left their apartment.

We really loved this little multi-level apartment in the heart of the city. Great location, comfy bed and delicious treats brought to our door!

To describe our stay, we could definitely say that we felt like we were at home. The hospitality was more than perfect, Nikos was so helpful and friendly with us that we didn't miss anything. He offered us authentic Greek hospitality and we had a truly wonderful time! The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We highly recommend it!!!! Thank you Nikos for everything!

excellent location. Hosts were so lovely, gave us restaurant recommendations and even dropped off some homemade Greek treats. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again.
