Well located in Old Town. Close to restaurants, shops and beaches. Large area.

The property is very tired. The pictures on the platform make it look much better than it is in reality. This is particularly the case in the upstairs bedroom. In the upstairs bedroom the air conditioner leaks condensation badly and in order to prevent wetting the floor completely through to the story below, needed to be regularly turned off. The slope of the ceiling makes use of the bathroom on the upper lever very, very difficult. The apartment was musty smelling and very cluttered with ornaments taking up valuable bench/table space. We found left over food and toiletries from previous guests, left in case we wanted to use them. The three flights of stairs up to the apartment from the front door are narrow, old, creaky and dusty.

Corfu's old town is a one of a kind destination where you can wander through byzantine historic streets and find fantastic restaurants. Yorgas' apartment is situated just off the main square a short walk to a medieval fort and a wonderful place to swim and snorkel, Falaraki. The apartment is spacious, quiet and Yorgas has many maps and other informational literature to guide the first time visitor. Yorgas dropped by one evening and had much more insight into his wonderful island. As a tour guide who owns his travel company he has the inside scoop on where to hike etc.

The main bedroom is upstairs from the main floor and has a low ceiling as well as a tiny upstairs bathroom that anyone approaching six feet will have issues navigating. The apartment is on the top floor and requires an effort to reach (no elevator) and if you're traveling with heavy luggage can be a challenge.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very spacious and perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to reach everything on foot. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. He also allowed us to check out later than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience — highly recommended!

Ubicación inmejorable pleno centro de Corfú, a tiro de piedra de cualquier atracción y en una calle muy silenciosa, aun con las ventanas abiertas. El apartamento es muy cómodo, con 2 habitaciones (una en cada planta), cocina americana integrada en el salón. Camas de matrimonio muy confortables. Es un plus contar con un aseo adicional (aunque es un espacio muy pequeño). El aire acondicionado: potente y silencioso. Imprescindible en verano. Lavadora. El anfitrión, Yorgos, muy atento y con buenas recomendaciones.

Our recent stay at Casa Martinucci in Corfu was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled right in the heart of the charming Corfu Old Town, just steps away from Kofinetta Square, this beautifully restored townhouse offered the perfect blend of history, comfort, and location.

Shower too small, made it difficult to wash.

Casa Martinucci is in the perfect location for a stay in Corfu Town. The shops, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep, yet it’s up a quiet back street, and the town beach is 5 mins walk away. The apartment is spotless, comfortable (we were 3 adults) and the air con was quick to cool it down.

Nothing! Just wish we could have stayed longer!
