Piccolo monolocale vicino al centro e lungomare

Molto piccolo. Appartamentino ristrutturato a nuovo in palazzo e via un po degradati

L'appartamento è bello e ha tutto il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque notti e siamo stati bene. La posizione è ottima e l'host gentilissimo/a. La prima sera ci siamo accorti che nel letto c'era il coprimaterasso ma mancava il lenzuolo. Lo abbiamo comunicato e nel giro di mezz'ora le lenzuola stavano fuori dalla porta. Comodo anche avere la lavatrice! L'abbiamo usata ogni giorno e steso i panni nel balconcino. Al mattino era tutto asciutto!

L'aria condizionata spara sul letto e dá fastidio. Ci si copre, però sarebbe meglio cambiare posizione. Il materasso non è comodo. Consiglierei di sostituirlo.

It was clean and in a nice spot close to the city center

The stairs leading to the floor were narrow and next to impossible to navigate with luggage, some of the lighting was faulty. There were certain problems with the construction (nothing dangerous), there was a slight tilt on the floor, the door frame was hastily put, the bed was smaller and the mattress felt uneven. The room was certainly smaller than the photos showed. Cannot blame the hosts though as they tried to make the stay ok.

We were very lucky – it was our first time in Crete, and we ended up in a truly beautiful place. We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. From the very beginning, we asked for help organizing a transfer from the airport to Ierapetra, and a very friendly man picked us up in a taxi. When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift – wine and cherries on the table. The apartment is located in the city center, which is very convenient. It's very cozy – everything is new, clean, and comfortable, with everything you might need. We would be happy to come back here again. Thank you for your hospitality and care! Everything was wonderful!

Отдых в Иерапетре стал для нас настоящим подарком, а апартаменты — уютным уголком, где мы чувствовали себя, как дома. С первых минут пребывания было понятно: здесь нас ждали. Просторная, светлая, безупречно чистая квартира — со всем, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Всё продумано до мелочей, с большой любовью и вниманием к деталям. Расположение оказалось очень удобным: апартаменты находятся в живом, но спокойном районе — до моря, магазинов и ресторанов всего 5 минут прогулочным шагом. Это позволило легко сочетать пляжный отдых с вечерними прогулками по городу и ужинами в уютных тавернах. Особая благодарность нашей замечательной хозяйке апартаментов. Она заранее помогла организовать трансфер из аэропорта, отвечала на все вопросы и по-настоящему заботилась, чтобы нам было хорошо. А по приезду нас ждал приятный комплимент от неё. Это было то место, где легко расслабиться, отпустить суету и просто наслаждаться каждой минутой. Мы уезжали с чувством благодарности и тепла — и с уверенностью, что обязательно вернёмся.
