"Really enjoyed it! Would go back in busier season for sure! Love the hosts!"

The hosts were wonderful. The location was amazing - right on the harbour of Chania. Even in the off season we had access to some great restaurants, small grocers and just an incredible historic town.

Anyone with mobility issues should not select this property. It is an historic home with bedrooms and bathrooms on multiple levels.

"Great View But Lousy Furnishings and Big Time Parking Problems"

No parking except kilometer or more away. TERRIBLE couch and chair in living rm, NO TV CHANNS except Greek, no risers on floor ffrom bdrm to bath so danger in stubbing toe, danger hitting head in using stairs(marked only w orange tape insteadOFf printed "CAUTION", NO LIGHT to see lock bbox combo at night so must use own light

Fabulous location with a great view over the harbour from the apartment and the terrace . The hosts were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Handy car parking very near by.

It was sometimes a little noisy from the restaurants nearby.

Casa Alba is a unique and positively memorable place to stay in Chania. The house is historic (with a really interesting layout resulting, I gather, from it being formed of at least two different buildings or dwellings over the centuries). The location - overlooking the harbor - is unmatched. We found it both comfortable and well equipped. Our party was a married couple with our two adult children, and everyone was pleased with the accommodations. We highly recommend Casa Alba!

Excellent location for visiting Chania and enjoying the Old Venetian Port. Very good early communication before and during our visit. We arrived early while apartment was being cleaned but as this was expected were able to leave luggage safely in apartment. Extremely well equipped . Unique split level layout with roof terrace a nice bonus . We were two couples with our own space and facilities. Wonderful early in morning to look out over old harbour while still very tranquil. Host helped so much with booking trips taxis and general advice all via text requests.

We are still trying to think of something???
