It had a great view...

No WiFi...a bit tinny for what we expected from photos..

The room was very new, not the same place as the pictures, but there seemed to be many units in that building in the same configuration. It was still a 2-bedroom apt, and very clean, very complete, surrounded by lively bars and restaurants, and at walking distance to the harbor and restaurants.

There were BIG windows in every bedroom, each facing the living room. Needless to say, it was uncomfortable for a group with couples. And, again, they were BIG, floor-to-ceiling windows. One of the bedrooms didn't have windows or an AC (the other one had both), and that made it very, very hot during the night. You can only pay by cash. It wasn't a problem for us because we were intending to pay by bank transfer, but keep that in mind if you're thinking of paying for a credit card.

Although we arrived very late, someone was waiting for us to hand over the keys. The location was good, near the Ladadika area, and the apartment was reasonably clean. The landowner called us two times before the date to help us.

When we arrived, we were told to pay in cash. We should have been informed before. I don't carry too much money all the time; luckily, I had the necessary amount. I have paid in cash and requested an invoice. First, they told me they'll leave it in front of the door, but they didn't. I sent a message to the landowner, and they told me to get the invoice from Booking itself, which is incorrect. There's still no invoice delivered to me. The apartment did not meet our expectations. The coffee machine in the pictures was dirty in the cabinet. There was an armchair, but it was missing. The WiFi randomly stopped working and did not work inside the rooms. The toilet reservoir was not working, so I fixed it. There was a clanking voice all night, coming from outside.

Great location, nice terrace.

The parking is a 5–10 minute walk away.. However, the apartment is neglected. One of the bedrooms is actually a converted balcony and is quite small. The kitchen is a tiny kitchenette missing several essentials, including a coffee machine. When we tried to use the stove, there were three short circuits, which caused a power outage on the entire floor. The apartment has potential, but it is overpriced for what it offers and urgently needs renovation and better maintenance

The location of this two bed-room apartment is great! Nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner. You can park your car at a private parking place (15,- per day). Perfect appartment for a visit to Thessaloniki.

We were directed last minute to a different apartment close by. It was new and the same size, but without a balcony and on semi floor, which made it a bit noisy. Owner gave us a small discount for the change.
