Fantastic apartment right at the centre of the village… always interesting watching the the boats come and go while being high up and very private!

Clean, great balcony, great host with lot of information about the locality!

Glorious location overlooking the lovely little port. Very warm welcome from Kostas who answers all questions rapidly, met me off the boat, left a bottle of wine and was all round the perfect host

There was nothing I disliked! I would just add that for less mobile people the two steps up to the tiny shower and loo could prove a problem so that is worth knowing in advance.

Easily the best located apartment in Gaios with an amazing rooftop balcony. Kastos was an excellent host and helped us sort e-bikes, boat hire and car hire despite a lot of stuff not yet being open in April. He also picked us up and dropped us off.

Pretty much nothing. The bar below can be a bit loud- especially at weekends. The stairs are a challenge but I managed them fine with a dodgy knee - there is a good handrail. The shower is ‘snug’ but again I managed and I’m over 6 foot and about the same around the waist.

This apartment was the most amazing location right on the waterfront in a central location. It had a beautiful balcony overlooking everything.

Fabulous location, amazing balcony, loved that it had a canopy you could rollout for some shade, right in the harbour. Bed super comfy, had everything you needed, Kostas super friendly, helpful and accessible without being intrusive, amazing place to stay within walking distance of everything.

Wasn’t a problem but had read reviews about bathroom. It’s like a small toilet room/wet room and was concerned about the comments suggesting larger people might have issues. My husband is 6ft 4 but he managed fine. Photo’s don’t show it has a little shower rail for a curtain to come right round to stop the shower speaying the whole room. It is a small space but for a quick shower amd hairwash it really wasn’t a problem. You just had to use the floor towel to mop up the residual water on the floor but towels were changed after 2 days so really not a problem. Unless you are super high maintenance this won’t detract from your stay! Water pressure not the best and they need a more robust shower head as water sprays out the sides but that is purely an improvement suggestion not a problem. Canopy on balcony is manually operated so tiring on the arms but just saw this as good exercise dueing a few lazy days!

The location was perfect, right on the quay, restaurants, bars and shops just round the corner, wonderful views, lovely large balcony with sun beds.

The bathroom is a little small, was fine for us, as both short. Taller people may find it more difficult.

Kostas was an incredible host! He welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us the apartment. It had stunning views of the port and the town, all the amenities worked perfectly and the apartment was cozy and clean. Kostas went out of his way to ensure we had a great time on the island by helping us rent a quad bike and recommending places to visit. High recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back :) ευχαριστώ Kostas!
