St Spyridon Cosy Apartment by Konnect, Old Corfu Town

Great location in heart of Corfu Old Town. The apartment was clean and really well equipped with everything you need. Host so helpful and communicated throughout booking and arrival. Lovely little patio to sit out on and a wonderful building to stay in.

AC wasn't working,the heat was unbearable. TV wasn't working, the plumbing was outdated and difficult to use, signs of mold in the shower. No cleaning during our stay or changing towels.Only 2 rolls of toilet paper. No light in the entrance, you have to use torch. Mattress/pillows uncomfortable. No water after midnight ( the island has water issues which we weren't informed beforehand). In general super expensive for what it offers. I don't recommend for longer than 2 nights.

Very nice place in the middle of Old Town Corfu! Although we didn't meet the host they made sure to keep in contact and helped us with additional questions about Corfu. Super nice stay! Additionally there's also a nice kitchen if you don't want to eat out every night. The hosts also provided lots of water for us as the water is not drinkable in Corfu.

The apartment has some steep stairs and was located on the fourth floor, however it did give a nice view. Also there is a church next to the apartment, which unfortunately does ring early in the morning, it wasn't too bad though and helped us get up so we could explore Corfu!

Prime location in the heart of old town Corfu.Close to everything. Big room, comfortable bed. Room was clean.

1. The stairs leading to the apartment were dark (probably just a light bulb to replace, but not unpleasant during night time) ,the stairs are not clean and smell bad. They didn't fix the light although I complained. 2.Personally I am not very sensitive to noise but in case you are - there is noise from outside till late at night, and there's also constant noise from something in a near room - maybe an HVAC system. It is not super loud but it's there. 4. Water system is problematic (probably typical to the old town), for hot water you have to turn on the boiler for 20 minutes. 5. The air conditioning is a bit weak and it takes a long time till the room is fully air-conditioned. Even then - temp is OK, but not cool. 6. They were unflexible with check in and check out.

Lovely property right in the heart of Corfu old town! Host was very welcoming and informative and everything was very clear when it came to wifi, hot water etc. Was lovely to sit on the balcony and listen to the street music below, this could still be heard quite loudly inside but wasn’t a problem for us as was quiet by 11 o’clock anyway. Around a 10 minutes walk to a few swimming spots. Multiple bus within a 5 minute walk and endless restaraunts, shops and cafes right on the doorstep! Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough😆

Very comfortable apartment with everything l needed. The check in was excellent with thorough instructions on how to find the apartment, even the taxi driver was impressed with the detailed photos of where to go.
