St Spyridon Cosy Apartment by Konnect, Old Corfu Town

A good spacious apartment central to the old town. The location meant ease of access to different amenities and places of interest. Good value for money at the time of year we went. 2 large double rooms and open plan living, kitchen & diner, with great kitchen facilities. Everything was clean.

Being central in the old town meant there was a LOT of noise from early in the morning through to late at night. It's obviously a choice you make when booking & looking at the apartment location but it meant trying to sleep with windows open & fresh air difficult. The shower needs updating, it's cubicle has no doors, they've clearly been broken in the past, so a shower curtain has been put in its place but it isn't doing the job. There is also black mold around the shower cubicle. We had a close encounter with a cockroach, which was swiftly dealt with by Ioanna, our representative from Konnect.

Fantastic location, very close to the old town. The communication was very good and the little balcony was a nice addition at a reasonable price

Top location, the apartment has washing machine, small oven and cook.

Very poor wifi connection and mobile network, need to switch on /off the boiler and wait at least 20m to take a showeer, poor shower isolation (fixing shower curtain installed instead of a replacement glass), no blackout curtains.

Wonderful decor. Apartment was really well fitted out with lots of extras. Location was amazing. Quiet end of the old town so no noisy restaurants nearby at night..

Perfect location just in the Old Town centre. Lively but very atmospheric surrounding of the local shops and restaurants, tourists and locals. All that is just perfect to observe from your own balcony with the little table and some chairs.

it was a little bit confusing to find the location. Just ask the taxi driver to drop you from the side of Cathedral of Sants Jacob on the Dimarchou Kola Street. Find the big arch with the entry to the old town (you will see people head in that direction. As you will enter the arch, first building on the right is the residence. You need will see the gate that the owners show in their direction manual.

A beautiful spacious apartment, right in the heart on town walking distance to everything the old town has to offer.
