Cute apartment in a great location near the harbour. Especially liked the rooftop balcony with sea view.

Everything is amazing: very clean, very well-equipped, comfortable and the apartment is located in a great neighborhood of Preveza.

If luck is not on your side the neighboring people under you can be loud and noisy, so you won’t sleep much. (However, the provider of the apartment will do her best to ask them to respect you!)

The location was really good. You could walk to the beach and to the center of the town. Also, from the communal space there was a pretty good view to the sea. I can't think of anything more that I liked.

- There was no elevator and the stairs were quite small (around 60 steps each way). - The apartment when we arrived was super hot (around 40 degrees). You could have turned the AC in advance for an hour or so. - Apart from the above, there was no welcome kit, not even a water in the fridge. - There were exposed pipes, dangerous for small kids in the bathroom. - The bathroom mainly but in other places in the house, you could hardly navigate if you are more than 1.85m because the ceiling is too low in some places. - When we called the host to describe the problem of the stairs, unfortunately, they couldn't help.
