Has an elevator and decent wi-fi

Therre's no proper shower, but improvised one in a corner of the very small toilet.Water everywhere... Lots of noise from the busy street below. Finding a parking spot was a challange.

The arrangement is relatively nice; The presence of the elevator for access to the apartment; Proximity to markets and other shops;

The bed that creaked with every movement (made of wooden pallets); The infernal noise coming from the main street cars; Lack of a parking space; Extremely small bathroom; Lack of dishes in the kitchen; The apartment is actually one room (studio);
