Luxury apartment in Heraklion

The host was always available and very friendly. He promptly responded to all of our inquiries in a pleasant and professional manner. The place was clean and about a 25 minute walk to most places.

Everywhere else we have stayed has always had some coffee, salt, pepper, and paper towels. We think those are basic and would have made our stay a little better. The last place we were in left a little fruit and drinks for us; they wouldn't have costed them much, but we greatly appreciated the gesture. The shower upstairs could use a curtain around it. As it is, the water just goes all over the floor.

The apartment is big and very luminous. It has a lot of terraces. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace very much. The neighborhood is calm and safe, with many trees. Not too far from the center (but a good 22-25 minute walk anyway). The Air Conditioning was great. The kitchen was roomy and the living room also. I would recommend it to a group of 6-8 people. They will get their value for money.

The host needs to be more customer-oriented. It is a pity because the apartment is very nice. The host had told me he would give me the keys but when I arrived at 9 pm he wasn't there. Only when I called him did he tell me where the keys were hidden. The curtains in my room were broken and I asked the host to fix them, which he didn't. My bathroom didn't have curtains: every time I showered the whole bathroom got wet, literally. The beds were hard. We only got one set of keys for 6 people, which was very inconvenient. When we arrived, there was no soap in the bathrooms and very little toilet paper. I had to argue with the host to get an extra towel for the entrance bathroom. He told me at first that each of us had to use their personal towel in the bathroom at the entrance. Really, what does it bother him, to wash one extra towel? Sometimes it takes very little effort to make a customer happy, but the host hasn't understood this yet.

Very spacious, nice location, 3rd floor with lift which we didn’t expect. Very good!

A big hole in the garden table, only half of cooking plate was working, shower curtains were missing. Would recommend more cooking equipment.

Nice appartement for bigger group, all rooms with exits to teracces

Apartment is very big and comfortable! Location was great and all facilities did work well. I recommend this place to travelers, because not only apartment but we enjoyed with hosts as well. they were very easy to contact.

Wifi wasn't working throughout house. there wasn't anything that i didnt like.

The position was near the centre and the structure was new.

We had a bad experience due to some problems with the water. We had this issue for 3/4 days multiple times. It was hard for us for a few hours to go to the bathroom or take the shower after we came back from the beach.
