Very weak internet or none at all. Mobile data worked mainly just outside Cleaners were super nice and friendly. It would be great if they came later so we have privacy for longer

Good location, with a key spot to watch the sunset unobstructed! facilities were good. Clean place and good value for money

WiFi was a little difficult to get as we could only connect in the living room. no WiFi in bedroom.

- This property was exceptional. The hosts were very friendly, we checked in early (12:30) and when we checked out we left our luggage there all day until our evening flight. The building is right in the centre of the famous part of Oia that you see everywhere in pictures. - The best feature is the private balcony you have on the roof, the sunset from there is the perfect spot. Everywhere you look, people are crowding around every inch of Oia, and we had our own roof with table and chairs to see it from. The cave house has a better view of the sunset than the other option, although that does have a private balcony too - both looked like great rooms, but i would highly recommend the Cave house. - As it is in the centre of Oia, it is a close walk to everything. A public swimming pool 2 minute walk away, bus station 7 minutes walk away, an amazing cafe a 1 minute walk away (Vitrin) which do the best sweet or savoury crepes at great prices, we had breakfast there every morning. The steps that lead to Amoudi Bay is a 2 minute walk away (220 steps down to the bay, definitely worth visiting but it is very painful walking back up. Don't ride the donkeys, it was very sad seeing them struggle taking people up and down the cliffs all day in the scorching hot weather.) - All pictures attached are taken of/from the hotel, so you can see the amazing views you get from the property.

The hotel is perfect, you can't go wrong with booking here. If you are being picky, here are a few things that were slightly annoying, but not much of an issue: - I am quite small (5'8) but I still hit my head on the light almost every time i brushed my teeth, and the doorway to the bedroom too. But you are in a cave, what do you expect! I also stubbed my toe every time i entered the kitchen. Maybe I am just clumsy, it was not a big deal. - The toilet seat in the bathroom needs replacing, it does not stay up and is very flimsy. Again, not a big deal. - The wifi is very poor, and 4G does not work in the cave house. It only works in the living room (just about). Does not work in the bedroom. And once again...we are in a cave, that is expected!
