Very beautiful stylish appratment, design interior, flowers ...comfy beds, sofa, outdoor terrace, bathroom... Super close to everything, 2minutes from Forum Romanum and few minutes from Ariatotelou square and sea....we could just walk all the time. Chris was very friendly, tried to adjust to our needs, check in and check out were perfect, he even let us stay a bit longer. I surely recommend this place. It was great.

The only thing I would change is that kitchen is outdated and doesn't match the rest of the very modern design flat, (but it's equipped, which is fine) And the cooker there is quite bad. It's an old electric heater (neither gas, nor induction), which heats very slowly and we couldn't make proper steaks or grilled/ fried sea food, due to this type of slow and weak cooker, it took ages and wasn't possible to prepare crispy for lack of immediate strong heat. So if you plan on own cooking, this is not the best. It's Better to go to restaurants. Otherwise for basic kitchen needs, it's fine, dishes are there, also microwave, fridge, freezer. Even drinkable water. The terrace was a bit noisy at times due to some workshops on the street...but it was nice anyway. Real atmosphere. The appartment was a bit too cold the first day, but then it got heated nicely and was very comfy.as Chris assisted to us and replied to what we needed. So I still recommend the place and would come again.

not a thing wrong

great location, excellent host, cute shops around, snacks&water&coffee in the kitchen, comfortable rooms, cozy balcony. house was very well equipped, street is very quiet at nights. its location is at the centre, very close to the heart of the city, just 5 to 10 mins to night life. our host was very kind, thanks for a stay which worths this price.

kitchen supply, more pans and a washing machine would be useful.
