Lokatie is prima, makkelijk parkeren en vlakbij haventje met restaurants. Heerlijk geslapen op een heel fijn bed!

everything was very good! the host is very communicative, the apartments are clean, chic and equipped with everything you need. the area is quiet and very close to the terraces.

De communicatie met de host was snel.

De sofa is voor 1 persoon, 2 kinderen van 13 en 15 passen er niet op. Bij binnenkomst rook het heel erg naar rook, vocht/ schimmel, dusdanig dat we direct hebben besloten weg te gaan. In combi met de sofa. We hebben ons verlies hier in genomen.

"Convenient and clean place"

Our stay was wonderful! The people were kind and welcoming. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with pleasing interior, the toilet was clean and nice. We had convenient parking spot in front of the house. We would happily book this place again!

Apropierea de taverne (3 min) si accesul la o plaja din apropiere cca 10 min. Patul matrimonial este confortabil. Locuinta este specifica zonei urbane din Kavala. Minimarket la 5 min. Cu taxi la 5 euro ajungi in max 10 min in centru/Portul mare/ Feribot/Cetatea Kavala.(cu autobuzul nr 11 pret 1,7 euro de persoana...statie langa Benzinaria Shell). Proprietarul a chemat rapid echipa de interventie pt remedierea unei defectiuni la tabloul de sigurante. Aspectul modern al apartamentelor (sunt ambele la parter cu intrare comuna), Internet wifi foarte bun. Vecini ok...daca pastrezi linistea..raspund la salut..kalimera si zambesc. Exista dotari cu produse de igiena. Am vazut in debara si pat pt bebelusi in caz de nevoie. Obloanele de lemn vopsit albastru sunt eficiente...am dormit cu geamurile deschise, dar cu obloanele inchise si am avut aer curat...

Apartamentul este de fapt un studio nedecomandat situat la parter, o camera este chicineta prin care treci catre dormitor, ceea ce nu reiese din prezentare. Deranjezi pe cel care doarme in camera cu chicineta cand te duci la WC. Reprezentantul proprietarului a insistat sa oprim siguranta la boilerul pentru incalzit apa dupa folosire...pt economie...de fapt daca folositi concomitent AC, boiler si plita cu inducție se arde siguranta fuzibila dela contorul sigilat din exteriorul apartamentelor (a fost nevoie de intervenția unei echipe de interventie pt remediere). La WC nu exista zavor sau cheie pt intimitate. Peretele de la camera cu chicineta are igrasie intr-un colt, deoarece furtunul de la AC este scurt si apa in exterior se prelinge la baza peretelui.

Konumu balık restorantlara ve yüzmek için plaja yakın. Sessiz bir sokak.

Böcek ilaçlama yapılması gerekiyor. Hamam böceği gördük. Temizlik vasattı. Ses yalıtımı kötüydü.
