This is our second year booking this property at the same period and we would no change it for any other in the area after having tried many. A 5min drive from Kalavryta center, with a perfect setting for our kids who can't get enough of the wide field and the river passing just in front of the property. Besides the location, this is our exact definition of value for money, with warm, clean fully equipped large rooms and staff both so kind and discrete at the same time. We booked 6 nights in total in a 10 days period and look forward to our next stay ! Highly recommended for families specially !

Perfect as always

Adequately self contained apartments in a quiet scenic location.

Wifi signal and mobile data connections were spotty, which made it challenging for trip planning. But the manager was very helpful in doing his best to improve the wifi.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view outside the window was beautiful. It is a very quiet space, only a couple of km out of town, but you feel like you are out in the woods. I didn't need kitchen facilities and such for one night, but the property would easily support a longer stay.

There's really nothing not to like. You have to drive to see anything or to eat, but that is clear from looking at a map.

Just wanted to say that due to working conditions, our stay had to be cancelled but when asked if we could rebook in future, not only they accepted (with no extra cost) but they also answered to each of my messages (plenty of them due to the cancelation) and our stay will be on a Saturday and not in a week day (thanks Hosts for rebboking us, even during weekend).. Being human is something rare nowadays. For us the 50 or 60 euros are too precious due that crisis has touched us and our work and during hard times in Europe, hosts have been more than understanding even though we haven't been there yet (few more days left).
